Our supplier shirts are true to size but please be sure to check the size chart. Do not order without checking as sometimes they are different than most store-bought sizes.

When we say custom order here at Beyond Tees Designs we mean that the actual item you've chosen was made for you. Whether it was colors you selected that was different from our normal designs or you requested personalization. Those items are not able to be returned.

Please make every effort to be sure that if personalizing an item you have the correct spelling of a name. We will not make changes to those names when they are sent to us as there are many different names and spellings. If you find you submitted a name and believe it was not spelled correctly please feel free to text 215-272-1163 with your order number and corrected spelling.

With today's newer dishwashers, we do not advise that you wash them in the dishwasher. In doing so, these items will fade, or inks will have a smeared appearance over time. We suggest hand washing and mild detergents be used.

If you are using a metal straw this can leave rust on the bottom of your tumbler. Please be sure that you remove your straws when using metal as this can happen.

When caring for the bamboo lids, please be sure that you store them separately from the cup itself. These lids are actual bamboo. They will mold if not cleaned when finished using or if they do not dry completely. For best results just leave them in a small basket instead of placing them on top of cups.
