Shipping Policy

Please allow 3 - 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships.

If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact beyondteesdesigns@gmail.com or visit our FAQ page. Please include your full name and order number for faster service.

Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.

If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and missed deliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.

All items are handmade. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and I will do what I can to make it right for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Tee Shirts:
No returns or exchanges on personalized items. (i.e. names or dates) partial refund or full exchange not to exceed same price may be given up to 3 days after receiving non personalized items. Customer is responsible for returning item in original packaging and condition and is responsible for shipment of the new item. No refund or exchanges on 2XL and Up. Please be advised a restocking fee will apply for exchanges.
Tumblers:
No returns or exchanges. For any reason your item is damaged in transit please contact me WITHIN 24 hours, no exceptions. PLEASE handle your tumbler with care. If dropped expect cracks, chips or other damages to the tumbler, in which we are not responsible for. If there is a problem with your tumbler and it has not been hit or dropped please message up ASAP to discuss further action within 3 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for returning item in original packaging and condition and is responsible for shipment of the new item. Tumblers are to be hand washed ONLY and do NOT leave soaking submerged in any liquid.
Key Chains:
No refunds or exchanges on key chains. Please handle with care as we are not responsible for damages.
